UPDATE -Response received A brief email received from Phil Tobey, the president of the town council. Mr. Tobey stated ; “No action will be taken this evening. I am available to discuss this again if you would like. Your concerns and feedback are important to the process.” In a follow-up phone call, Mr. Tobey wanted to convey that the meeting tonight will be to gather additional information. In addition he offered his concerns about answering all questions sent to him and the council. Additional proposals have been discussed with the squads and Mayor. The council wants to achieve a “Win- Win” solution that will be the best for health and saftey of Mount Olive's residents. The town council workshop is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. Tuesdays - every week
